Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive between 4:15 and 4:45 p.m. to allow time for parking and seating. Guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait until it concludes; thank you for helping make Sydney and Joseph’s special moment uninterrupted.

We are planning an outdoor ceremony in front of the loft, directly across from the parking lot!

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly named on your invitation envelope. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you on August 8, 2026 in Bedford, IN!

As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of children in the wedding party our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night off! :)

We’ll have indoor seating for dinner and speeches, with the dance floor located outside. Expect a relaxed evening of dinner, toasts, and dancing under the stars — and we hope you like breakfast ;)

Our send-off begins at 10:00 p.m.; vendors will begin breaking down promptly then. Please plan to depart shortly after the exit to help ensure a smooth wrap-up.

We know a few of you have asked... We’re planning a summery palette with greens, blues, yellows, summer orange, and pink!

Yes, come rain or shine we will be tying the knot! We do have an indoor backup for the ceremony if needed.
